I Eat, You Eat
This is a solo performance that focuses on the social issue of homelessness. How do we as a society deal with our needy? Are they worthy of it? What is their story of their circumstance? I wanted to explore the issue from the political as well as personal eye. There is humor, sadness, and memorable moments. Ever growing.

Who is Shannon Matesky?
This project is my one-woman show. Currently being written, it tells a story of a young girl finding out where she fit in the world. Dealing with the construct of identification, the piece challenges the labels we attach to ourselves to feel ‘normal’ or a part of something. In finding out Who Shannon Matesky is we accept the fact that she is and we are, and cannot be defined.

Sassafrass
Sassafrass is a novel written by Ntozake Shange in 1976 that I am currently adapting into a full play version. Dealing with abuse, love, and pride, Sassafrass has to decide what path will lead her to her dream.

Workshop 5
Workshop 5 was an ensemble piece presented at DePaul University The Theatre School, directed by Coya Paz. The piece surrounded the issue of fear towards the conversation of race and racism. Using personal stories as well as real interviews a 90 min show was created. This project is an ever growing research project and we hope to present it at more venues to come.
